Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and all associated data in the Essential Words AI app, developed by Shaxriyor Tursunaliyev. You can delete your account in two ways: directly inside the app, or by sending us an email request.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

The fastest way to delete your account:

1. Open the Essential Words AI app.
2. Go to Profile / Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, send us an email from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you, normally within 7 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

• Your profile (name, email, profile picture, account identifier).
• Learning progress — daily streaks, completed units and books.
• Saved (favorited) words and comments you added.
• Registered notification devices and push tokens.

Data we keep & retention period

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. After deletion we do not retain your personal account data.

Limited records may be temporarily retained only where required by law or for fraud prevention and security (for example, server logs), and are deleted automatically within 90 days. Anonymized, non-identifiable statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be kept.
